Delivery, courier partners and returns for verified dental practices in Sri Lanka.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Colombo and suburbs typically receive orders in 1 business day; outstation deliveries take 2–4 business days depending on the courier.
Courier partners
We ship via bonded couriers such as Pronto, Domex and Fardar Cargo. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold-chain inserts and dispatched via priority services.
Returns
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Sterile products, opened consumables and cold-chain items are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit. Report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
