Product certification
Medical devices and materials listed on DentalMart Pro are sourced from manufacturers with FDA, CE, ISO 13485 or equivalent certification. Suppliers are required to provide traceable batch and lot information on request.
Seller verification
All sellers complete a KYC and business licence check before their catalogue is approved. Restricted or prescription-only products are only visible to verified dental professionals.
Doctor verification
Doctors upload their SLMC (Sri Lanka Medical Council) registration or equivalent for professional pricing and access to protected-catalogue items. Documents are stored securely and used only for verification.
Reporting concerns
If you believe a product or seller does not meet these standards, contact us via the contact page. We investigate every report and remove non-compliant listings promptly.
